The Orange & Green Doughnut Coral grows symbiotic zooxanthellae algae, via photosynthesis, which it feeds on and does require supplemental food, like Brine Shrimp and micro-plankton which it will eat with extended tentacles from direct feedings in the evening (lower light) or night time.

When you first receive your Doughnut coral place it on the bottom and watch how it does over the next couple of days and move higher in the aquarium or adjust or lightning as needed.
